Congratulations also, to Paul Moran, on his fantastic result in the recent Lisburn Half Marathon staged on June 16th.  Paul romped home in the Vets 45 category in an impressive 77:22 minutes to take first place and 12th overall.  This was Paul's first outing after the Garda Teams exploits in Prague and illustrates his fantastic from at the moment, being 16 seconds faster than his time in Omagh last March.
