VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON 2010
Declan Egan had a leisurely stroll through the London by his standards running 3:58:11.   With injury and work taking their toll over the past few months (getting promoted is not all it's cracked up to be) Declan decided to have a nice easy run out and sauntered around the course at his leisure enjoying the sights and having his picture taken with Paula Rathcliff.  If only breaking the 4 hour barrier was a stroll for us all.

The next BHAA Race is the RTE 5m RR on Saturday next May 1st 2010, in Donnybrook.  Registration is open in RTE at 10am with the combined race starting at 11am.  For those Fair City fans among you the race ends at Molloys Pub in Carraigstown....wha....
