Fuse Youth Cafe Glasgow (Fuse) is an independent registered charity (SC 037434) in Scotland and a company limited by guarantee. Fuse was developed in response to need identified by local community representati
ves and the local police who were concerned about anti-social and gang-related behaviour in the area.
In partnership with Shettleston Housing Association (purchased the building for Fuse) and John Wheatley College (provided and supported the internet cafe) and guided by a youth steering gro
up, composed of young people from the local area, Fuse became a reality and opened its doors in March 2009.
Our logo was designed by Andrea Dunlop - a young architecture student.
