One of Forth's two token Welsh shinty players, a hard-hitting tackler with an incredible work-rate in midfield, you'll know when she's on the pitch!

Jenny Smith

Keen to boost Forth's "Jen" and "Smith" quota, you can't keep Baby Smith away from the shinty pitch. A key team player and always a frightening prospect to attackers.

Jenny Forth

An amazing team player with impeccable skills. Voted BBC Sports Personality 2008.

Katy Smith

As shinty team captain and sister of Jen, this player is always in the middle of random team banter. Can run a lot, but needs some work on skills and techniques (see above).
