Westwood Reserves collect Junior Cup.

The Reading Invitation Junior Challenge Cup Final started brightly - because of the sunshine. Westwood dominated much of the first half although Finch had opportunities to score. Jason Badjer scored both goals for the Westwood side, the first within 10 minutes and the second after 24 minutes. Finches warmed up by the time the last quarter had arrived. Harry Swabey kissed the turf within the area but no penalty! Sub Dan Baker missed an unmissable dead cert from a short distance! Evo could not quite nod down a possible chance at the far post in the first half, not long after Stewart Manicom had been carried off the park. Hope Stewart is recovering O.K. Richard Kell scored the only goal for Finch, nodding in with plenty of space.
