Exit Reading Senior Cup.
A superb show of sprinting and weaving by Ryan Tye gave Finches a chance to win from behind as he netted the 1st goal and Greg Alexander clawed back another in the second half but the Woodley 3 goals were sufficient to go through to the next round. Our skipper managed to give away a penalty for a foul and collect a second yellow for the offence and received red, reducing Finches to 10 men for the last quarter of an hour. Stevens free kick hit the post as forwards were attempting a header and dropped into the net. Woodley scored earlier from open play.
