Welcome to the Veterans After Care Project.

The Veterans After Care Project (VACP) is a newly formed organization that has been set up to create a support network for former HM Forces personnel.

Our Aims

The Veterans After Care Projects aims are to help former service personnel from all branchs of the armed forces resettle back in to civlian life and progress to a more positive health and well being.

How do we intend to achive this?

We intend to do this by our 3 phase transtional plan, not only does it cover health and welbeing it also covers housing employment and even re education.

How Long does take?

The process takes between 3 - 6 months. But it also depends on the individal and any other needs that may need to be addressed.

Who are the staff?

The staff that work at the VACP are mainly ex forces and they too have been in dire starights and have need help.
