I have been painting plant for 25 years so you are in safe hands, in the past I have painted for HITACHI, HYDREX and several firms in London, I have done MECALACs for exhibitions at the NEC and refurbed KOMATSUs for export to the middle east.  Here’s a 450 long reach I did, it took me 10 days which gives you some idea for a big machine. Typically it takes 5 working days to do a12 to 20 tonner depending on the damage, welding, pulling and straightening cabs can take extra time. Oddly it takes nearly as long to do a small KUBOTA because of all the colours! So it is more cost effective to paint smaller machines in pairs.
Recently I have been painting steelwork in Oxford Street and CannonStreet, feature staircases in Virgin fitness centers so if you need something other than a digger painted call me. nb sometimes i forget to call back so nag me as much as you like, often i'm so run off my feet i lose track of who called.
