My name is Charlie and I have had a passion for health and wellbeing for many years. I believe that it's important to take responsibility for our health and to look after our mind, body and spirit the best way we can.

As well as massage being a very effective means of maintaining general well being, it can help with specific problems such as anxiety, depression, insomnia and many types of pain. It is also a really nice way to relax and unwind, giving yourself time away from the stresses of daily, modern life.

During your initial consultation, we will discuss any particular needs you may have and together, we will decide the best type of massage for you. Whether you want to feel uplifted, de-stress, work on those pesky knots or even if you want to break down cellulite; massage can benefit you.

I am a fully qualified and insured member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists and I am a genuinely caring person who wants to work with you to acheive the results you desire. I am committed to my own professional development and in the near future I will be offering many other therapies.
