Within these pages you will find handtooled leather items that may be ordered, customised or commissioned.

But first let me explain to you what 'handtooled leather' is. It is natural leather, usually cowhide, that has been tanned using traditional natural materials leaving it suitable to have hand crafted decoration applied. This is done by a craftsman hand beating a design into the leather using hand punches and a 'maul' or mallet. Once the design is punched in, it is, to all intent and purposes, permanent.
