The Elgin Designing Streets Action Group are holding an open meeting at the Mansfield Hotel on Monday 28th April at 7pm-9pm. 

There will be copies of the councils' proposal plans and supporting information for review. We shall also hold a question and answer session re compiling a letter of objection.
