The Elgin Designing Streets Action Group had a very successful Open Day on Saturday 15th June 2013. We had over 300 visitors who took the time to review all the latest proposals, discuss concerns and air views.

The majority of the visitors were local, however we had a number of Moray residents living outside Elgin and further afield, all of which were bewildered at the thought of The Moray Council spending millions on this link road proposal. A proposal that the council still cannot fully explain how will deliver 'essential economic benefits to the Moray area'

We asked all the visitors to fill in our Questionnaire before leaving. The Questionnaires will be issued to the council at an appropriate time.
