The Moray Council have invited 3 representatives of the Elgin Designing Streets Action Group to attend a design workshop on the 6th December 2011 - to identify specific requirements in the design process, to include :-

• Speed Limit
• Traffic Speed Management
• Cycle and Pedestrian Facilities
• Residential Parking Requirements
• Pedestrian Crossings
• Access to Schools
