On the last day of term before the Easter Break, the East Highland joined forces with the Ross-shire Strings Orchestra for several  'firsts for both groups.

The Ross-shire Strings orchestra went on tour for the first time and bravely ventured over the Dornoch Bridge . The other first was shared with the East Highland Concert Band: performances in Dornoch Academy and Golspie Primary School. The perfmances were met by enthusiastic audiences in both schools who  asked and answered lots of questions .

A great time was had by all.

And extra thanks for the help for Mr Farmer and  Mr Galbraith who helped out in their own inimitable fashions!
