I have a Social Science Hons degree and I offer counseling for stress and anxiety in the comfort of your own home. I have had many years of experience with working with people who require additional support in their lives.

 

There are times in life when we get stressed and anxious and need someone to talk to in confidence. I have developed good listening skills which enables exploration of the issues and problems that people face especially in this fast modern society which often means that families are often living miles apart. Face to face discussion can bring support and comfort to those feeling stressed.
