SENIOR TRAINING

Down Leisure Centre at 7:30pm sharp on thursday  nights. All welcome.

JUNIOR TRAINING

Mondays 6.30 to 7.45pm & Thursdays 8.00pm to 9.00pm at Leisure Centre  from Sept to March 

Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30 to 8.45 at Down High School from April to August.
