Hopesmith

Mick Hope and Kevyn Smith first played together in the early days of Four Pollox and a Fish. From the start they collaborated on much of FPAAF's self written material. By 2014 they had a brace of new songs which they decided to record and release on East Cleft Street as Hopesmith - Hope Springs Eternal.

These days Mick and Kevyn still write. They play together regularly, perform at local sessions, curate the Harlosh Music Festival, and collaborate on a host of East Cleft Street projects including the up and coming Revanator album with Hoot 'n' Craw members Keith Hunter and Jim Carney.

Here's a taster of one or two of Hopesmith's Hope Springs Eternal tracks.

This ain't a love song
