Paint returns policy

1) The customer's attention is drawn to application and usage information relating to the goods. This information is available on request - please ring 05 61 96 43 19.

2) Prices are subject to change without notice.

3) Returns

(a) any customer wishing to return goods for any reason must notify the vendor at either of the following addresses: Le Pistoulet, 3 Chemin du Bielot, 09800, ARGEIN, France in writing or by E-Mail to returns@ariegeartisan.com

(b) customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition at the address. Referred to above as soon as possible. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.

(c) pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition.

(d) on full compliance with the foregoing, customers shall be entitled to a full refund less 15% handling charge on all white and magnolia shades from any manufacturer.

(i) Any coloured paints ordered especially for the customer are excluded from the right to cancel. These are non-returnable items.

(ii) The following are also all bespoke products, manufactured specifically to order and therefore non-returnable - Sample Pots, Eggshell Varnish, Craig and Rose 1829 and Stainers.

4) Damaged/Lost Good. Where goods delivered by the vendor are received by the customer damaged or there is a shortfall, the vendor must be notified 48 hours in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claim will be accepted outside this time limit.

5) Any information, whether verbal or in writing, is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty, since skill of application and site conditions are beyond our control. In any event we do not accept any liability for the performance or non-performance of any products beyond the value of the goods delivered by us.
