Using the same traditional recipe for handmade Scottish tablet, Cuillin Mint Cake is a twist on the well known Kendal Mint Cake. 

It is made with pure peppermint oil for a fresh minty taste, equally enjoyed out on the hills or cosy at the fire with a coffee.
