Coventry Driveways offer reasonable quotes, usually given instantly upon a visit, or in writing (upon request) All quotes are absolutely FREE of charge and of no obligation from customers.

No hidden charges ! The final invoice that customers receive once jobs are finalized will be VAT inclusive and will state exactly the previously agreed amount (unless customers request changes which may affect the price, after original quotation has already been produced)

You will NEVER hear us ask payments in advance. The whole payment will be completed ONLY AFTER the last bit of work is finalized and with you being 100 % satisfied !

Additionally, we offer you more facilities to make full or partial payments: CASH, INSTANT BANK TRANSFER, or CHEQUES for your convenience *

Last (but not the least) we provide peace of mind by giving you an invoice in writing which guarantees the completed work for up to 7 years !

 

What if any complaints are received?

 

We aim to complete EACH job successfully and usually each customer will have the chance to verify a completed job in details, BEFORE finalize payment.

With that said, even though we do provide a receipt and guarantee in the end, we understand that there may be minor faults or alterings which still need to be done, as well as sudden changes, etc that could cause a customer call us back for a repair. Moreover, when we have to deal with a vast number of completed jobs, there are no exclusions that we may as well receive any complaint.

However, its important to highlight that, even though there have rarely been cases of complaints, Coventry Driveways have successfully resolved the situation promptly. We are only one phone call away from you !
