Clunie Lodge is a Victorian former manse full of period features with outstanding views of Glen Clunie and the Grampian Mountains. Situated in secluded grounds with private parking, the Lodge is only a few minutes stroll to the village of Braemar in the heart of Royal Deeside. Surrounded by mountains, rivers, woodland, castles, whisky distilleries and wildlife.

The 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms all enjoy en-suite facilities or private bathrooms all equipped with LCD colour tv, hospitality tray, hairdryer and tourist information. All rooms have free WiFi access. The guest lounge is a lovely place to relax and unwind, with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee. Here you’ll find comprehensive tourist information to help you make the most of your stay as well as a good supply of magazines, books and board games for your use. We also provide a drying room for outdoor clothing.

In the morning, enjoy a cooked Scottish breakfast made from local produce, served in the breakfast room overlooking the woods, where the red squirrels and wild birds will entertain you. Although peace and tranquillity are assured, Clunie Lodge is well located for leisure activities, with easy access to the Linn of Dee, Balmoral Castle, Royal Lochnagar Distillery and the village of Crathie.ideally situated for walking, cycling, golf, skiing, shooting, fishing and of course sightseeing. Braemar has some of the finest mountain scenery anywhere in the country.

Red deer and other wildlife await the serious hill walker, casual rambler or mountain biker and in the winter season, the ski slopes of Glenshee are nearby, with the Lecht and Aviemore within reasonable travelling distance.
