EXPERIENCE :
I first became involved in natural health in 1994, and have been training in and practising acupuncture & massage since 2001.

As well as working in private clinics in Somerset and Nottinghamshire, before moving to Moray, I volunteered as an acupuncturist at a UNHCR camp clinic for Tibetan refugees in Nepal for 6 months.

TRAININGS:

• 2 year post graduate acupuncture course, exploring treatment strategies for specific Western medical diagnoses
• Paediatric acupuncture
• Meridian massage
• Craniosacral therapy I (Upledger Institute)

QUALIFICATIONS  /  PROFESSIONAL BODY :

• 4-year full time course in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture – International College of Oriental Medicine
• BSc  Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture)
• 2-year diploma – Swedish & therapeutic massage
• Member of British Acupuncture Council

FEES:
Acupuncture=

£40 Initial consultation/ treatment – up to 90 mins

£35 Follow up treatments – up to 60 mins

£25 Under 16’s/ Concessions – up to 60 mins

Massage=

£30 for 60 mins.

SPECIFIC  EMPHASIS :
I use a blend of traditional acupuncture, massage, diet/ lifestyle coaching, craniosacral techniques and compassionate listening, tailored to the specific needs of each individual.

Combining dynamic, patient-centred treatments with a calm, compassionate approach, I aim to achieve maximum therapeutic benefits, while ensuring that clients have the space and time they need to deeply relax and unwind
