Bus companies must end ‘first come, first served’ policies for wheelchair spaces on buses, after a landmark Supreme Court ruling on 18 January.

The case of Paulley vs FirstGroup plc, backed by the Commission, will mean wheelchair users should be given priority for wheelchair spaces on buses.
