Transitions for young people
ARC Scotland have been commissioned by the Scottish Government to map the availability of planning and support for people aged 14 - 25 years who have additional support needs in Scotland. There are two surveys, one for parents/carers & one for young people.Findings will be published in 2017 and will help the Scottish Government, local authorities, and other organisations to make decisions about how support can be improved for people with additional needs that are in ‘transition’ to young adult life.
