Face2Face is currently recruiting young people for their opportunity starting at Stage 1 of the Skills Pipeline.
The Face2Face Project is available to eligible young people from the age of 15yrs and 6months up to the age of 24. 
Eligibility includes young people who have experience of the care or criminal justice system either directly or via a family member/parent/carer etc.  Young people can still be in school and it could potentially be suitable for Christmas leavers.

 Initial interaction would include one to one mentoring support.  Individuals will be allocated a Project Worker for approximately 4 hours per week with the aim of increasing confidence and building inter-personal skills.  In more rural areas group activities may be organised due to capacity. This would be open to negotiation dependent on numbers.

Eventually young people would progress to Phase 2 – this includes continued work on confidence building, learning about the world of work and employer expectations, routine setting, budgeting and money management skills.
