Highland Cycle Ability Centre at Cantray have been given 4 running bikes by Moray Firth Radio and to show you what they can do they are holding a small event on Thursday September 4th (10.30 - 12.30) to show you how to use them, and let you have a go.  The bikes are particularly good for anyone with balance issues as well as people living with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, MS and Parkinson's.  Whether you think this is the bike for you, or you work with people who may benefit, plesae come along.

If you can't make that date then just give them a call and they can arrange for you to meet the bikes another time!  Like all of their bikes, use of them is included in the price of session on the track.
