Village Hall Bookings

Caston Village Hall is available for hire.  Details of the majority of current bookings are provided below.  Click on the booking that interests you to reveal more information.  You can see a very short promotional video if you click here. 

Booking Procedure

  1. Check availability of date and time on the calendar below.
  2. Obtain final confirmation of availability by calling the booking secretary (Mrs Blincow) on 01953 488 495 who will advise the fee and the deposit to be paid.  She will check and confirm if available and reserve your booking where appropriate.
  3. Click here to view the booking form.
  4. Click here to view the Hire Contract Terms and click here to view the Child Protection Policy. Once you have read these documents and agree to abide by the terms, please print the booking form.
  5. Forward the completed booking form along with the agreed fee and a separate cheque for the required deposit (this varies on the time and type of event) to the booking secretary Mrs S Blincow, Wychwood House, Stow Bedon Road, Caston, Attleborough NR17 1DN. The deposit cheque will be returned provided the hall is left in a tidy undamaged condition with rubbish removed from the property. Cheques should be made payable to Caston Village Hall.
  6. A receipt will be sent in due course.
