Pillow Stone Find
Whilst working in the old graveyard at A' Chill clearing some vegetation, Geraldine MacKinnon discovered a rounded boulder with the faint outline of a carved cross. This had been placed in the east of the ruins of what are thought to be an old chapel which sits on an East to West axis. This is a significant find and strengthens the theory that these ruins were of some importance. The stone could date from the Columban period and mark an important burial.
