NTS Canna Exhibition takes the "road to the isles"

the National Trust for Scotland have confirmed that the travelling Canna Exhibition has opened at their Glencoe Visitor Centre as it takes the "road to the isles"

From the NTS.

"A travelling exhibition of reproduction prints from the NTS Canna Collection supplemented by original Colin Prior framed photographs of Canna has gone on display at the NTS visitor centre Glencoe. The exhibition has been in storage since originally shown at the old NTS head office in Charlotte Square in 2007. It will now be rolled out this summer taking "The Road to the Isles" to allow the public to view and see for themselves the rich cultural and historical heritage to be found on the Island of Canna. The exhibition will be displayed at NTS Glencoe until the end of May before moving on to the West Highland Museum in Fort William and then finally to end the summer season at the Mallaig Heritage Centre. Its hoped to roll out the exhibition to other NTS properties and venues in 2012"
