Both organic lamb and beef are in demand again this week.  Beef continues to trade at 380ppkgdw and organic New Season Lamb (NSL) achieving 415ppkgdw there is a good outlook for a premium for organic products.

The past week has seen some trade of organic store cattle which have gone to organic homes, a pleasing result to see no leakage to the conventional sector.
