Organic cattle remain in good demand with R4L achieving 380ppkgdw.  This
is a substantial premium and a real boost given the tough prices in the
last few months.

Organic lambs have not been immune to the drop in conventional values in
the last 7 days but FSS have secured trade at 395ppkgdw, a premium of
15-20pence.

There are a number of organic producers seeking large numbers of store
lambs for foggage and if you were thinking of selling now is a good
opportunity as the finished price for late summer is uncertain.
