It is fantastic to report once again that organic cattle are upbeat with a good premium achieved over and above conventional.  Well fleshed beasts hitting carcass spec are making up to 385p/kg.  In saying that, we are struggling to find a premium for organic cull cows. 

Organic lambs in the last week have been sold for 500p/kg, an absolutely fantastic price and we are really pleased to see our organic producers getting well rewarded. This is now the time to book your lambs in.  As ever please get in contact if you have any livestock to market.
