In a sharp turnaround, this week organic beef is very hard to source.  Indeed we could sell as much as we can find very easily, as there is fierce competition from all the major buyers.

As we enter July it is very pleasing to report that organic lamb is still finding a ready market with prices holding up well at around 505p/kg. If you are going to have lambs for sale in the very near future please give us plenty of notice as the situation can and will change very quickly.
