Organic beef prices remain very much the same as in previous weeks, with little optimism right now.

Organic spring lamb are keenly competed for and we have marketed lambs for producers at up to 550p/kg. We would urge organic lamb producers to consider selling lambs at lighter weights and take advantage of the premium.

Organic store lambs are also keenly sought - up to 1200 wanted in batches throughout the country for long keep.
