Organic cattle, as in previous weeks are not attracting a significant premium, so with several avenues available we would urge producers to keep in touch to ensure that they realise the most value in their finished beasts.

Demand for organic lamb remains extremely upbeat with ‘R’ grade new season lambs realising 535p/kg which I am sure you will all agree is absolutely fantastic. Long may this continue!
