Organic beef continues to sell at a 22p kg premium, but on the horizon of course is the festive season.   It is not that long ago we were selling beef at 535p kg! Organic lamb continues to attract a small premium over conventional bred lamb, but it is pleasing to say there is now no waiting list to shift them.
