Fortunately the dramatic reduction in the Organic price of beef has stabilised at 440p kg. However there seems no chance of any rise in price in the near future. Lambs are becoming easier to sell at around the 400p kg. Organic stores are easy to sell and look good value, as we are convinced they will be very short supply in the spring.
