Organic clean cattle remain around 470p/kg, some 40p/kg ahead of last year,

so we cannot be to pessimistic about recent falls in the price. Needless to say we are

doing our best to obtain the best deal for all our organic producers. Unlike last year it really

is encouraging to see that organic lamb is subject to a modest premium with prices

around 390p/kg, long may this continue! This is in turn boosting the organic store

lamb trade so contact the office if you have any to sell.
