After months of steady prices one of our main outlets has dropped the price cattle by 55p to 480p Kg in the last 3 weeks. Needless to say we have dropped them from our list of preferred outlets for the time being. The rest have held the price at 500p Kg for the time being. Lamb sales have been sharper over the last few weeks and are giving a 10p premium over conventional.
