Organic beef is very hard to source at this time, and buyers are demanding as much as we can get; there is fierce competition from all the major buyers. For a change from previous years Organic lamb is still finding a ready market with prices around 530p kg. If you are going to have lambs for sale in the near future please give us plenty of notice, this situation can, and is likely to change very quickly.
