All of the main types of Organic produce are in short supply and are currently commanding a healthy premium. Organic beef is trading at 510p kg, Organic lamb is around 550p kg. There still a demand for Organic hoggets and this trade will continue for a few weeks yet, so if you have any please let us know numbers, as most factories are just processing them on certain days at this time of year.
