Records have been broken with a 364kg R grade organic steer realising £1802.20.  Both beef and lambare keenly sought after with a useful premium to be had for the right article. Beef especially is meeting fierce competition from all the main processors with prices now in the region of 500p/kg and we think it may rise even higher yet.  Farm Stock Scotland are planning a kill of over thirty month cattle on Thursday 23 May 2013, so please get in touch as soon as possible as spaces are limited.
