Good news to report on the Organic front for a change, both beef and lamb
are keenly sought after, with a useful premium to be had for the right article. Beef,
especially, is meeting fierce competition from all the main processors with prices now
in the region of 470p/kg and we think it may rise even higher yet. We are planning a
kill of over thirty month cattle on Thursday 25 April, 2013, so please get in touch as
soon as possible as spaces are limited.
