All Organic produce is finding ready market at this time, with beef the star performer with prices in the region of 450p/kg. Lamb sales have been good lately, and it is good news that we are finding more buyers than sellers at this moment in time. It is also very encouraging that most of the store cattle being sold just now are being retained in the Organic sector, although not in Scotland unfortunately.
