Both Organic beef and lamb are meeting keen competition from processors at this time, with Organic beef at 450p/kg and with Organic lamb also at 450p/kg. Yet again they have shown a rise and fall, respectively, on the year,  in line with conventional cattle and sheep.  As demand continues to stay firm, producers should have confidence in supplying organic beef and lamb to the market.
