All of the main types of Organic produce are in short supply and starting to command a healthy premium for the producers who have had the courage to stick with the Organic system of farming. Organic beef is trading at 400p kg, Organic lamb around 480p kg. A note of interest  for this week, we have sold the first batch of Organic new season lambs to return an average of £90.31.   Organic cows are being priced at 345p and we can sell as many as we can lay our hands on.
