The Organic beef trade remains very high in the region of 410p kg and we predict that the price may rise again as supplies tighten even more. 

Organic lambs are in great demand and we are keen to procure as many as possible, before the trade takes its seasonal dive.  Prices remain in the region of 450p kg giving a premium of around 30p kg over conventional lamb.
