Sales of Organic Beef are steady with prices remaining at 410p kg. Lamb sales have started to become more difficult, with little or  small premiums available, but when we can get them away the price is in the region of 420p kg. It is however pleasing that enquires for Organic store lambs is at an all time high, and we will start trading them in the next week or so.
