A record breaking year in progress for finishers of Organic cattle, trade today is in the region of 440p Kg, truly remarkable. At this time last year Organic beef was trading at 370p Kg. As always organic lamb has become a hunger or bust supply situation, there has to be a better way to get more organised marketing to level the massive peaks and troughs, and it is something we should all strive to change in coming year.
