Sales of Organic products continue to attract healthy premiums for producers with Beef at around a 60p premium, Lamb at around a 50p premium and Cows around a 40p premium. In these difficult trading times, it must give encouragement to the committed Organic producer that the public still feel that buying Organic produce is worth paying a little extra for.
